Our Services
Architectural Design
This is what we love doing! From the very first sketch to the final product, we will guide you through the process of designing your ideal building.
Council Submission
Once the design has been finalised, it must be approved by the relevant loccal authorities before any construction work can commence.
Heritage Consulting
Any building in Johannesburg older than 60 years is considered a heritage building and so any possible changes must be approved by PHRAG.
Construction Drawings and Management
Trace will be there every step of the way during construction, working hand-in-hand with the contractor to ensure the highest quality of workmanship.
Custom Interiors
We can provide specifications for everything from bathroom fittings and tiling layouts, to custom office design and space planning. It’s all in the details!
Furniture and Product Design
Architects always love to dabble in smaller design projects, applying the same eye for detail and technical know-how. If you have an idea and don’t know where to start, Trace can bring it to life!
